2. What part of your culture/ family history does your documentary represent? Why is this tradition/recipe important to you?

The part of my culture that my documentary represents is the Latin American dish Ceviche. The recipe is important to me because it's a common food seen often within my Latin culture and various latin based restaurants.       

3. What level of mastery does your project demonstrate (Exceeds, Meets, Needs Work, minimal understanding) Why do you think so?

The mastery my project demonstrates is meeting the understanding. This is supported by the effort seen/put into my creations and planning. Subtracting the fact that I was unable to fully complete the video.
